Summer is here and my kids are so thrilled with some exciting news I would like to share with you as well! The masterminds of my project with the soup have spoken. In pursuit of the task they asked me to accomplish a little while ago, I encountered some bumps…and I don’t like bumpy roads, I like smooth roads..so in order to become organic certified you have to go through a long process with the FDA. Honestly, I am not interested in gaining FDA approval, as it is the FDA who has been feeding us for decades. I am not impressed, nor do they do a good job. I also want to tell you that in order to call ourselves ‘organic, is a long & arduous process and it is not in my beliefs to get a certificate from someone I don’t trust, period. While working on different packaging…I said to myself… another carton for soup? Even if it is BPA free, it does not work well with my soup! It will kill the spirit of the soup. I then went to visit some commercial kitchen…man – I did not find anything that made sense. Commercial kitchens tend to be unmaintained and a menace for my baby soup! So guess what? I am going to open an eatery again! Yay

My kids, my mentors, and of course myself are so excited and grateful because we know it is the right thing to do…it feels right…it feels good, it feels like the way to go! And NOT just a restaurant, but an experience for all of our guests. Thank you, Universe, because the whole idea is already here! I knew before that something was missing…but not anymore! Stay tuned…
